The Club’s Big Weekend

Our Big Weekend at the end of August brought two full days packed with activity. . There was plenty happening on the water, from casual sailing to racing and everything in between.
We wrapped up the Saturday with a big BBQ and a debut band performance from one of our junior members. Sunday morning saw the cup race take place;ace, bringing together sailors of all levels for some friendly competition. The idea of the weekend was simple; to get everyone out on the water together, doing something they enjoy in a safe and welcoming environment.
We were delighted to have our affiliated organisations join us. The weekend was a real success, and the feedback confirmed what we hoped: there’s an appetite for more events that bring everyone together.
