Before doing your stage three course, you can gain experience and have fun by joining Aberdeenshire Sailing Trust who have a After School Club with expiernced instructors to offer coaching with lots of games or Peterhead Sailing Club who you can join in order to attend there funtastic Fridays during the summer, hosted by volunteers for a low cost and focused on fun it is a great way to get afloat with fun games!

So you have completed Stage One! And now your keen to keep going improving your skills in a boat, you could go onto your stage two course on a weekend or join the summer junior week.

Friday Night Racing

Our Friday Night Series are for our members and are a nice way in order to wind down at the end of a busy week of work or school! We host a few races with the first one starting at 7:00pm, We usually race for about an hour before coming back in to the beach.

Saturdays are open to any members, from our novices to our most experienced. Experienced members are encouraged to get out in their boats and race alongside. In doing this, we hope that our experienced sailors will be able to pass on their tips and tricks to our novice racers as they learn to race.

Join us every Monday at Peterhead Sailing Club for fun sailing sessions in the bay or in the clubhouse! Suitable for all levels. Sessions start at 4:30 pm and end before 6:30 pm. Relax at the clubhouse afterward for hot drinks and good conversation.

These Races are more competitive than our other races but just as fun, these races usually run on dates that suit our members and are open to anyone who can race round our courses!
